Sarah Martin, PT, DPT, PhD

Sarah Martin graduated with a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University of Kentucky in 2008. She then returned to UK to pursue an education in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2014. In addition to general orthopedic based physical therapy, Sarah is specially trained in women’s and pelvic health and has been treating patients with these symptoms for over 7 years. Sarah incorporates her sports and strength training background, and her continued training in biomechanics, breathing, neurology and manual therapy to successfully treat her clients. Sarah also does consulting, educating other physical therapists on how to better approach complex clients with chronic symptoms.

Kelsey Karnes, PT, DPT

Dr. Kelsey Karnes graduated from the University of Kentucky’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2018.

Originating in orthopedics, she developed a passion for treating the whole person, focusing on wellness and injury prevention. She integrated this approach as she transitioned into pelvic health in 2020. Since then she has been working as a full time pelvic floor physical therapist and is dedicated to improving awareness of pelvic health in Lexington and the surrounding area. In her free time Kelsey enjoys running, cycling, swimming and travelling.

Andrea Moore, PT, DPT, OCS, FNTP

Andrea Grunberger Moore graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2011. Prior, she received her bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan’s School of Kinesiology.

After graduation, she completed an orthopedic residency program and was able to pursue her passions of holistic wellness. She has treated a wide range of clients from professional ballet dancers & theatrical cast members to moms who want to be active with their kids. From office workers to weekend warrior, Andrea incorporates a personalized plan of care that is aimed at her client’s specific goals & interests.

Andrea is dedicated to helping you reclaim your active lifestyle through a variety of approaches including mind-body approaches, dry needling, strength training, myofascial release and more!

In her free time, she loves hiking, spending time with her husband & son, reading & always learning more about the whole body!
